Nanjing Kaisen Ma'anshan Tiepeng 4000t/d Production Line EPC Project Completed and Put into Operation Ahead of Schedule

On November 18, the completion and commissioning ceremony was held for the Ma'anshan Tiepeng Cement Co., Ltd. 4000 tons/day clinker cement production line capacity replacement project, for which Nanjing Kaisheng served as the general contractor.
Since receiving the bid award notice for this project, Nanjing Kaisheng completed the bidding for main equipment, pile foundation drawing design, and subcontractor selection in less than 20 days. Due to the short construction period, limited site space, and large workload for interface modification with the old line, while also ensuring the normal operation of the old line, the implementation of this project was very challenging. Among these, the raw material area site was only delivered in June this year, involving a large amount of site leveling work, which placed high demands on the organization of personnel and machinery. During the project implementation, the project department also overcame adverse factors such as sudden outbreaks of epidemics in various places and complex geological conditions, ultimately achieving completion and commissioning ahead of schedule. At the same time, the cement grinding system has also met the assessment conditions.
This project fully demonstrated Nanjing Kaisheng's corporate spirit and work style of unity, seizing every moment, arduous struggle, and daring to fight tough battles, further enhancing the friendship and mutual trust between Nanjing Kaisheng and Ma'anshan Tiepeng.
Feng Jianhua, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Nanjing Kaisheng, stated in his speech that Nanjing Kaisheng will continue to meticulously organize and relentlessly complete all concluding work, and take the completion and commissioning of this project as an opportunity to further expand the scope of cooperation with Ma'anshan Tiepeng, creating a new situation for win-win development.
This project is a key planning project of China Railway Materials Group during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period. Its completion and commissioning are of great significance for China Railway Materials Group in optimizing resource allocation, stabilizing regional markets, and enhancing regional market competitiveness.

Xia Yang, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of CRMC Resources Technology Co., Ltd., Zu Dengyun, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of China Railway Materials Industry Group, Pan Zhengjun, Deputy General Manager of China Railway Materials Industry Group, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Tiepeng Company, Feng Jianhua, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Nanjing Kaisheng, Gao Aiguo, General Manager of Nanjing Kaisheng, along with leaders and middle-level cadres from various subsidiaries of China Railway Materials Industry Group, project shareholders, Tiepeng Cement and other companies, totaling nearly a hundred people, attended the on-site ceremony.
