The company passed the external supervision audit of the three-standard management system in 2021.


     

     

        11 Month 25 to 26 Day, experts from the Jiangsu Branch of China Classification Society conducted an annual external surveillance audit of the company's three-standard system. The company's three-standard system management representative, General Manager Gao Aiguo, Deputy General Manager Ni Jian, Chief Engineer Li Anping, and heads of various departments attended the surveillance audit meeting.

 

     

During the audit, the experts conducted on-site audits of relevant business departments and the Anhui Tiepeng general contracting project department through on-site interviews and random checks of daily file records. They understood the operation of the system documents in engineering design, consulting, and project construction management business processes over the past year and reviewed the records of the system's daily monitoring, internal audits, and management review implementation. The experts believe that the company's three-standard system is relatively suitable for current business, the overall system operation is normal, and recommend continuing to maintain certification registration. While affirming the company's standardization work, the experts also put forward improvement suggestions on aspects such as closed-loop management during the general contracting project construction, supplier performance evaluation, and the comprehensiveness and suitability of quality, environmental, and safety risk identification. They hope that the company will use the three-standard system management platform to continuously strengthen management work and achieve even more brilliant achievements.

 

     

Gao Aiguo expressed gratitude to the audit team experts for their hard work and valuable suggestions. In his concluding remarks, he pointed out that all departments should carefully understand the opinions and suggestions put forward by the audit team, learn from them, and continuously improve. This year, the company has undergone restructuring with China National Materials Group, and has carried out system docking, business docking, and management docking. After the restructuring, the parent company has put forward higher requirements for the compliance and standardization of the company's business management work. The company will take the restructuring as an opportunity, use the three-standard management system as a carrier, revise relevant systems and documents in a timely manner, continuously improve various processes and regulations of the three-standard management system, and lay the foundation for the next year's recertification audit; at the same time, it will also further increase training efforts, convey the company's management philosophy to every employee, especially new employees and project site personnel, to ensure that the three-standard management system is strictly implemented.
