To further strengthen the organizational development of the Nanjing Kaisheng Trade Union, give full play to the role of the union, better promote democratic management, and provide better services for all employees and the company's business development, the first meeting of the Third Workers' Congress and Trade Union Member Representatives of Nanjing Kaisheng International Engineering Co., Ltd. was successfully held on December 3, 2021, and the trade union's handover election work was successfully completed. Feng Jianhua, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Nanjing Kaisheng, General Manager Gao Aiguo, and other company leaders, member representatives, and attendees totaling 65 people attended the meeting.

The meeting opened grandly with the playing of the national anthem. Following the established agenda, the meeting heard the work report of the Second Trade Union.

   
Comrade Kang Yusang, chairman of the Second Trade Union of Nanjing Kaisheng, delivered the work report of the Second Trade Union Committee of Nanjing Kaisheng International Engineering Co., Ltd. Over the past three years, under the leadership of the Nanjing Kaisheng Party Committee and with the support of all employees, the trade union has carried out various tasks: organizing cultural and sports activities, playing a bridging role between employees' cultural life and the company's business development; strengthening ideological education, guiding employees to bravely strive; strengthening team building, cultivating a group of active trade union members; carefully carrying out the work of recommending outstanding individuals, caring for advanced comrades, implementing various welfare regulations; strengthening the protection of employees' labor rights, all trade union members have signed formal labor contracts; strengthening care, visiting and offering condolences to employees who are sick and hospitalized; caring for the health of employees, conducting regular physical examinations, holding "walking" events and sports meetings; enriching cultural and spiritual life, organizing Party history knowledge competitions, visits to Mao Zedong's former residence, organizing choirs, watching patriotic films, etc., which have received a positive response from all employees.

At the same time, Comrade Kang Yusang expressed his expectations for the new trade union, hoping to organize more and better cultural and sports activities, increase the participation of trade union members, focus the trade union's work on serving the overall development of the company, unite and mobilize the vast number of employees to strive for progress, make new contributions in the company's development process, and create new glories.

In the second stage of the meeting, a vote was taken to pass the "Work Report of the Second Trade Union Committee," the "Election Methods for the Third Trade Union Committee and the Financial Auditing Committee," and the tellers, ballot counters, and vote counters nominated by the handover preparatory group.

Subsequently, the member representatives attending the meeting conducted on-site anonymous voting. The vote counters and tellers counted the votes for the trade union committee members and the trade union financial auditing committee members. Through open, fair, and just voting, Chen Changbai, the Party Committee Vice Secretary and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of the company, announced the election results: Ni Jian, Yu Ping, Li Tingting, Peng Hui, Zhu Yingying, Wang Xiaoxiang, Da Xintong, Huang Zhiwen, and Lu Zhonghao were elected as members of the Third Trade Union Committee of Nanjing Kaisheng, and Da Xintong, Shi Jianfeng, and Hua Hui were elected as members of the Financial Auditing Committee.

Secretary Chen Changbai delivered a summary speech. He first congratulated the newly elected committee members, fully affirmed the solid work foundation laid by the Second Trade Union Committee over the past three years, and put forward overall requirements for the work of the Third Trade Union Committee: First, to serve the overall situation, effectively do a good job in service work, focus on ideological work, and carry out work around the company's business work and goals; second, to strengthen the training of trade union cadres and improve their service capabilities; third, to do a good job in corporate culture work, enrich cultural life more and better, and create a good working atmosphere; fourth, to strengthen condolence work, so that employees in difficulty have support and injured and sick employees have warmth. He emphasized that the new trade union committee should enhance its service awareness, unity awareness, and innovation awareness, do practical things and do good things, and contribute greater strength to creating a new situation in the company's "14th Five-Year Plan" development!

With the joint efforts of all member representatives, the first meeting of the Third Workers' Congress and Trade Union Member Representatives of Nanjing Kaisheng International Engineering Co., Ltd. successfully completed all items on the agenda and concluded victoriously with the playing of "The Internationale." After the meeting, all employee representatives took a group photo.

This trade union handover election congress is a major event in the political life of all trade union members and a congress of unity.
