As we welcome the 20th National Congress and celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Communist Youth League, the company's Second Generation Green, Low-Carbon, Energy-Saving, and Environmentally Friendly Calcination System Design and R&D Team was awarded the honorary title of "Youth Civilization Unit" by China National Building Materials Group.

　　The Second Generation Green, Low-Carbon, Energy-Saving, and Environmentally Friendly Calcination System Design and R&D Team consists of 20 members, including 11 young employees and 7 party members, with an average age of 33. The team leader is Luo Chao, and the team members are Wang Fei, Wu Yanwen, Wu Tao, Feng Jing, Wang Xiaoxiang, Li Gang, Zhu Yalong, Wang Xiaojie, Xu Hongyuan, Chen Hui, Kuang Zhihua, Zhong Yongchao, Sang Shenghuan, Wang Kai, Dong Lu, Zhou Zhiyan, Hu Bin, Li Shuaibo, and Yao Dong.

　　This is a youth collective from the company's R&D Center, active on the front line of the cement industry, known for its exceptional endurance, combativeness, and dedication. The team members have always regarded striving for the "Youth Civilization Unit" as an effective way to unite, rally, and lead young people in their endeavors. Closely combining with the characteristics of the cement industry, they have established the creation idea of building a "learning-oriented and dedicated" Youth Civilization Unit with the work philosophy of "based on their duties, professional and trustworthy, selfless dedication".

　　As of now, the team has obtained 22 invention patents in the field of calcination systems. In 2021, "High-Efficiency Low-Resistance Preheater System with Graded Combustion" was included in the "National Industrial Energy-Saving Technologies and Equipment Recommended Catalog (2019)" by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. In 2021, "Counter-current Cooler with Mid-section Roller Breaker" was included in the "National Industrial Energy-Saving Technologies and Equipment Recommended Catalog (2020)" by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. In 2019, "Development and Application of High-Efficiency Low-NOx Preheating-Precalcining and Advanced Calcination Technology" won the Outstanding R&D Achievement Award for "Two Second Generations" Technology and Equipment Innovation and Improvement R&D by the China Building Materials Federation.

　　Under the leadership of team leader Luo Chao and the collective efforts of all team members, the team has outstandingly completed various tasks assigned by the company, achieving brilliant results in producing high-quality products, generating benefits, and cultivating talent. They have been praised multiple times by departments and the company, demonstrating the indomitable and resilient spirit of a youth shock troop. As the saying goes, "The mighty pass is like iron, and now we stride forth from the beginning," the Second Generation Green, Low-Carbon, Energy-Saving, and Environmentally Friendly Calcination System Design and R&D Team will embark on a new journey in tackling new generation cement technologies.
