On June 21, a delegation including Shi Wenlong, Commissioner of Sinoma International, and Wang Qiang, General Manager of the Safety, Health and Environmental Department, conducted a special inspection and guidance work for the Nanjing Kaisen Shaofeng project as part of "Safety Production Month". Yu Zhipeng, Deputy Director of Sinoma International Nanjing Sector, and Wang Yong, Director of Zhejiang Sinoma, participated in the inspection. Fang Hua, Director of Nanjing Kaisen Quality and Safety Department, and Hu Xiong Hua, Deputy Director, accompanied the inspection.

　　At the briefing, Jin Xiangnian, Project Manager of Nanjing Kaisen Shaofeng Project Department, reported on the progress of the Shaofeng project; Yan Nan, Project Manager of the Intelligent Manufacturing Business Unit, reported on the intelligent implementation of the Shaofeng project; and Chen Ziwei, Safety Manager of the Project Department, reported on project safety, environmental protection, and epidemic control. Fang Hua reported on the company's supervision of the Shaofeng project and the implementation of Sinoma International's policies and regulations.

　　After the briefing, Shi Wenlong and Wang Qiang's delegation inspected the project site's safety management, construction quality, equipment trial operation, and project safety, environmental protection, and epidemic control documentation.

　　Wang Qiang fully affirmed the phased achievements of the Nanjing Kaisen Shaofeng project in safety, environmental protection, and epidemic control, and requested the project department to strengthen safety and environmental management during trial operation and defect elimination to ensure the project achieves its safety and environmental management goals. He put forward the following requirements for Nanjing Kaisen's safety, environmental protection, and epidemic control work: First, strictly implement the all-staff safety production responsibility system. Strengthen closed-loop safety production management, establish a responsibility list and assessment system. Second, continue to do a good job in risk control and hidden danger rectification, and improve the "dual control" system. Third, continue to do a good job in epidemic control. Fourth, improve the safety performance appraisal mechanism, combine penalties with rewards, improve the incentive mechanism, create a safety management atmosphere, and enhance the safety awareness of all staff.

　　Shi Wenlong emphasized the importance of safety and environmental management to enterprise management. He requested the Nanjing Kaisen Shaofeng project department to enhance its ideological and political standing, fulfill safety production responsibilities, implement Sinoma International's various instructions, and carry out all safety, environmental protection, and epidemic control work effectively.
