On June 28, Nanjing Kaisheng held a public safety production class and a collective warning meeting on safety production. The public safety production class was lectured by Gao Aiguo, the Party committee vice secretary and general manager of the company, and the collective warning meeting on safety production was presided over by Chen Changbai, the Party committee vice secretary and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the company. Heads of various departments of the company, project management personnel, and relevant personnel from the subsidiary company China Building Materials Kaihui attended the meeting.

　　Gao Aiguo introduced safety production management knowledge from four aspects: First, a brief introduction to the main revisions of the "Safety Production Law" revised in 2021; Second, from 11 aspects, including having safety production conditions stipulated by laws, regulations and standards, establishing and improving a comprehensive safety production responsibility system and rules and regulations, investing, extracting and using safety production funds according to regulations, and building a dual prevention mechanism for safety risk classification control and hazard investigation and governance, the main responsibilities of enterprises in safety production and specific implementation measures were elaborated; Third, several types of accountability behaviors highlighted in the new "Safety Production Law" were listed: accountability behaviors for failing to take measures to eliminate accident hazards, failing to manage construction projects according to regulations, and employees failing to implement their safety responsibilities at their posts, and the penalty clauses and measures were introduced; Fourth, specific requirements were put forward on how the company and project leaders should be the first responsible persons for safety production from several aspects such as improving political standing, daring to take responsibility and shoulder responsibilities, and strengthening the system to consolidate strength.

　　Chen Changbai conveyed the spirit of the collective warning meeting on safety production of the Discipline Inspection Commission of China Materials International on June 24, reported several recent safety production accidents in Sinopec, and made several requirements for the company and relevant personnel of China Building Materials Kaihui based on the company's production and operation and safety production situation: First, to deeply study and implement General Secretary Xi's important instructions on safety production; Second, to improve political standing, strengthen responsibility, and maintain the stability of the safety production situation; Third, to implement safety production supervision responsibilities at all levels and resolutely prevent the occurrence of safety accidents.

　　During the "Safety Production Month" activities, China Building Materials Kaihui organized all employees to watch safety education warning films and study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on safety production.
