Following the unified deployment of the Central Materials International Party Committee's inspection work, on July 6, the first inspection team of the Central Materials International Party Committee held a mobilization meeting for the inspection of the Nanjing Kaisheng Party Committee at the Nanjing Kaisheng Conference Room. Zhao Huifeng, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Central Materials International and Deputy Head of the Leading Group for Inspection Work, attended the meeting and made requirements for cooperating in the inspection work. Zhao Yan, head of the first inspection team of Central Materials International, reported the main tasks and specific work arrangements of the inspection work, and Feng Jianhua, secretary of the Nanjing Kaisheng Party Committee, presided over the meeting and made a statement.

　　All members of the first inspection team of the Central Materials International Party Committee and members of the Nanjing Kaisheng leadership team attended the meeting. Heads of various departments of the company, relevant personnel from the Party and Mass Work Department, Discipline Inspection Commission Comprehensive Office and Administrative and Personnel Department, and employee representatives attended the meeting as observers.

　　At the meeting, Zhao Huifeng, on behalf of the leading group for inspection work of the Central Materials International Party Committee, delivered an important speech. He pointed out that this inspection of the Nanjing Kaisheng Party Committee is an important measure to continuously and deeply study and implement Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, especially General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions and directives on inspection work, and to promote the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party. It is also a specific arrangement to implement the work requirements of the China National Building Materials Group and the China National Building Materials Corporation Party Committee, implement the inspection work plan of the Central Materials International Party Committee, and achieve full coverage of inspections.

　　Zhao Huifeng emphasized that the Nanjing Kaisheng Party Committee and cadres at all levels should take this inspection as an opportunity, guided by Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches, accurately grasp the new requirements for the reform and development of Nanjing Kaisheng in the new development stage, implement the new development concept, build a new development pattern, and promote high-quality development. They should re-examine and re-implement the prominent problems found during the supervision and inspection by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the Group, and the China National Building Materials Corporation, and then promote the high-quality development of various tasks in Nanjing Kaisheng. 　　Zhao Yan, on behalf of the inspection team, emphasized that, based on the latest spirit of the central inspection work and the requirements of the superior Party committee, the inspection will focus on four aspects of political supervision: First, focusing on strengthening the Party's overall leadership over enterprises, checking the Party committee's implementation of the Party's guidelines, policies, and major decisions and deployments; second, focusing on promoting the in-depth development of the Party's comprehensive and strict governance of enterprises, checking the implementation of the strategic deployment of the Party's comprehensive and strict governance; third, focusing on implementing the Party's organizational line in the new era, checking the implementation of Party building responsibilities, especially the selection and appointment of personnel and the construction of the cadre team; and fourth, focusing on strengthening the main responsibility and supervisory responsibility for rectification, checking the implementation of rectification of inspections and audits. He hoped that the Nanjing Kaisheng Party Committee would strengthen coordination, arrange work reasonably, and strongly support the inspection team of the Central Materials International Party Committee in carrying out its work.

It is a "political physical examination" for our leadership team and cadre team, a supervision and inspection of the performance of our leaders, and a "comprehensive review" of our various tasks.
