　　Chen Changbai, deputy secretary of the Party committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, delivered a work report entitled "Raising the Political Stance, Effectively Performing Duties, and Promoting the Implementation of Tasks for Rectification of Inspection and Supervision." He also put forward three opinions on the rectification of inspection and supervision and the company's Party style and clean government construction work in the second half of the year: First, raise the political stance and strengthen organizational leadership; second, adhere to a problem-oriented approach and promote the implementation of responsibilities; and third, improve work mechanisms and deepen the application of results. He urged the heads of various departments to effectively fulfill their "dual responsibilities," adhere to a problem-oriented approach, make up for shortcomings, strengthen weaknesses, ensure the strict implementation of the spirit of the eight central regulations, and promote the implementation of inspection and supervision rectification.

　　Gao Aiguo, deputy secretary of the Party committee and general manager, conveyed the spirit of the 2022 semi-annual work meetings of China National Building Materials Group and China National Materials Group, and delivered a work report on behalf of the management team entitled "Based on the New Stage, Striving for a New Journey, and Fully Opening a New Journey of High-Quality Development in the 14th Five-Year Plan." He pointed out that the company's total profit and net profit indicators achieved "half the time, half the task," with significant results in steady growth. The company has made new progress in project fulfillment, cost reduction and efficiency increase, management improvement, technological innovation, risk control, and Party building. He also analyzed the difficulties and shortcomings in the work. He emphasized that in the second half of the year, various departments should earnestly implement various tasks, make every effort to complete various annual targets, and guarantee the company's strategic transformation and high-quality development. 　　Feng Jianhua, secretary of the company's Party committee and chairman of the board, delivered an important speech entitled "Strengthening Strategic Leadership, Deepening Reform and Transformation, and Opening a New Journey of High-Quality Development with Excellent Results." He pointed out that in the first half of this year, in the face of many unfavorable factors, all cadres and employees of the company worked together, and all work progressed steadily, and the achievements were hard-won. First, profitability remained stable; second, the competitiveness of the main business continued to be consolidated; third, the ability of refined management continued to improve; and fourth, new progress was made in tackling key core technologies. He comprehensively analyzed the current development situation facing the company and put forward several requirements for the second half of 2022: First, make every effort to stabilize growth and increase efficiency to ensure the completion of various annual indicators; second, make every effort to plan strategies and adjust structures to become a "world-class industrial intelligent solution service provider"; third, make every effort to prevent risks and ensure safety, focusing on strengthening cost control, fund collection and payment, epidemic prevention and control, safety and environmental protection, and overseas business risk management; and fourth, make every effort to strengthen Party building and promote development, deepen the integration of Party building and business, and implement the rectification of inspection and supervision.
