At 10:00 AM on October 16, the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China solemnly opened in Beijing. All Nanjing Kaisheng Party members in Nanjing collectively watched the grand opening ceremony and listened to the report delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping on behalf of the 19th Central Committee to the Congress.
Party members and cadres from the affiliated companies and various project departments watched the grand opening of the 20th National Congress of the Party through various forms such as television and the internet.
