On January 3, Nanjing Kaisheng held its 2022 annual departmental work summary and middle-level performance review and exchange meeting. The meeting was chaired by Chen Changbai, deputy secretary of the Party committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission. Company vice chairman Feng Jianhua, Party secretary and general manager Gao Aiguo, and other members of the leadership team and middle-level cadres attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the heads of various departments of the company reported on the completion of the 2022 annual work targets, summarized and analyzed the highlights and shortcomings of the work, and the company leaders carefully listened to the reports of each department and gave on-site comments.
Gao Aiguo delivered an important speech at the meeting. He first affirmed the achievements made by the company throughout the year and put forward five requirements for the work in 2023 based on the annual work targets: First, actively explore the market and leverage technological advantages to expand business; second, adhere to innovation-driven development and enhance the company's core competitiveness; third, improve project management capabilities and strengthen the control of project costs and cash flow; fourth, enhance risk prevention and control capabilities to promote the healthy development of the enterprise; and fifth, cultivate talent and guide young people to dare to learn and contribute.

Feng Jianhua commented on the highlights of the company's work in 2022 and fully affirmed the hard work and excellent achievements of cadres and employees over the past year. He also put forward some specific requirements for the work in 2023: accelerate the implementation of the digital transformation strategy, vigorously promote technological innovation, reform empowerment, and localized operation, further enhance the company's core competitiveness, and make new and greater contributions to the high-quality development of the company.
