On April 10, Nanjing Kaisheng held its 2023 Anti-Corruption and Clean Governance Construction Conference. The conference fully implemented Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, deeply studied the spirit of the Second Plenary Session of the 20th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, implemented the spirit of the anti-corruption and clean governance conferences of the Party Committees of the Group, Shares, and Sinoma International, summarized the anti-corruption and clean governance work in 2022, and arranged key tasks for 2023.

　　Gao Aiguo, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Nanjing Kaisheng, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Chen Changbai, Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee, delivered a report on anti-corruption and clean governance work. The meeting was presided over by Ni Jian, Deputy General Manager and Chairman of the Labor Union.

　　Gao Aiguo pointed out that in 2022, the company's Party Committee consistently adhered to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as its guide, solidly promoted anti-corruption and clean governance work, and created a good environment for the company's sustained and healthy development.

　　At the meeting, Gao Aiguo emphasized that this year marks the beginning of implementing the spirit of the Party's 20th National Congress, and deeply advancing comprehensive strict Party self-governance holds special and significant meaning. Regarding the anti-corruption and clean governance work in 2023, he put forward three suggestions: First, persistently strengthen political construction, resolutely enhance political consciousness in upholding the 'Two Establishments' and practicing the 'Two Safeguards', and deeply study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era; Second, always maintain a clear political mind, strengthen political supervision, and solidly carry out anti-corruption and clean governance work; Third, dare to take responsibility, perform duties diligently, resolutely shoulder the political responsibility of managing and governing the Party, persistently promote comprehensive strict Party self-governance to develop in depth, and advance the company's high-quality development through concrete actions and achievements.

　　Chen Changbai summarized and reviewed Nanjing Kaisheng's anti-corruption and clean governance work in 2022. In accordance with the deployment requirements of the anti-corruption and clean governance conferences of the Group, Shares, and Sinoma International, and in combination with actual work, he made deployments for 2023 from seven aspects: First, strengthen political supervision to promote the implementation of the strategic deployments of the Party's 20th National Congress; Second, establish and improve the supervision system, and strengthen supervision and restraint over the exercise of power; Third, continuously deepen the implementation of the spirit of the Central Eight-point Regulation and correct 'Four Winds'; Fourth, comprehensively strengthen discipline construction and create a good political ecology; Fifth, adhere to the integrated promotion of not daring to be corrupt, not being able to be corrupt, and not wanting to be corrupt; Sixth, focus on inspection and rectification work to ensure effective rectification; Seventh, improve professional quality and strengthen the self-construction of the disciplinary inspection team.

　　At the meeting, Comrade Gao Aiguo, on behalf of the Nanjing Kaisheng Party Committee, signed the 'Clean Governance Construction Responsibility Letter' with the heads of various departments.

　　The meeting was held in a hybrid (on-site + video) format. A total of 112 people attended the meeting, including mid-level and above cadres, chief engineers, department assistants, chief designers, deputy chief designers, project managers, construction managers, procurement managers from the company headquarters, and mid-level and above cadres from CNBM Kaihui and Sinoma Zhike (Chengdu) Company.
