To deeply carry out the creation of the "Five-Star Project", from April 24 to 25, 2023, Sinoma International Project Management Expert Group conducted an on-site inspection and mid-term evaluation of the "Five-Star Project" Nanjing Kaisheng Yicheng South Project, which was pre-declared for 2023. Li Yinglin, Operations Director and General Manager of the Enterprise Management Department of Sinoma International, and expert group members Song Liping, Sun Xiaoyong, Shen Qinyuan, Zhong Libin, Gao Zhengang, Zhang Zheng, Li Shi, and Tan Xueyu participated in the inspection. Wang Dong, Deputy General Manager of Nanjing Kaisheng, Zhu Xuefeng, General Manager of Yicheng South, and Xu Wen, Project Manager of Yicheng South, accompanied the inspection.

　　On the morning of April 24, Li Yinglin promoted the creation of the "Five-Star Project", stating that the goal is to promote the construction of the "Five-Star Project", using the selection of "Five-Star Project" as a means, to achieve unified project implementation, management, and evaluation standards, build high-quality projects, and comprehensively improve project management levels and profitability.

　　Wang Dong expressed a warm welcome to the expert group, stating that he felt deeply honored for the Yicheng South Project to be the first "Five-Star Project" to undergo on-site inspection and mid-term evaluation, and hoped to take this opportunity to promote creation through evaluation, focusing on the process more than the results, and comprehensively improving the company's project management level. Subsequently, Xu Wen gave a special report on the basic situation of the project and the five aspects of "efficiency, performance, management, safety, and Party building", referencing the "Five-Star Project" construction standards.

　　After the meeting, the expert group, accompanied by Zhu Xuefeng, conducted inspection and supervision of the on-site production work and project documentation.

　　On the morning of April 25, the expert group acknowledged the current benefits, construction progress, construction quality, on-site safety and civilized construction, and project management system of the Yicheng South Project during the meeting. They provided detailed guidance on project planning, design planning, subcontractor management, and Party building work. They also reviewed the Yicheng Project point by point from seven aspects: design, procurement, machinery, electrical, civil engineering, HSE, and Party building, elaborating on project highlights and offering suggestions for improvement. The Yicheng South Project Department will actively cooperate and implement each item, constructing the project according to Sinoma International's "Five-Star Project" standards.
