On May 31, the launch conference for Nanjing Kaisheng's 2023 "Safety Production Month" and "Ten Thousand Miles Safe Production Journey" activities was held in Nanjing. Gao Aiguo, Party Secretary and General Manager of the company, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The meeting was chaired by Wang Dong, Deputy General Manager. The meeting was held in a combination of on-site and video conference formats, with more than 100 participants including members of the company's leadership team, department heads, and relevant personnel from subsidiaries and general contracting project departments.

　　Gao Aiguo interpreted the six major activities in the "2023 National "Safety Production Month" Activity Plan" jointly issued by the State Council's Safety Committee Office and the Ministry of Emergency Management, and put forward seven requirements for the company's 2023 "Safety Production Month" and "Ten Thousand Miles Safe Production Journey" activities: First, raise awareness and attach great importance to the "Safety Production Month" and "Ten Thousand Miles Safe Production Journey" activities. The main persons in charge of subsidiaries and departments should conduct special research and deployment to ensure that the activities are implemented effectively; Second, focus on the theme of the Safety Production Month activities, and do a good job in the work of full participation to create a wave of Safety Production Month activities; Third, strengthen the investigation and governance of hidden dangers. All subsidiaries, departments, and project departments should conduct hidden danger investigation activities in their respective areas of responsibility; Fourth, implement the work of hidden danger governance. The Ministry of Emergency Management will conduct a unified deployment and hidden danger investigation in the near future; Fifth, strengthen supervision and inspection work. Functional departments of the company should carry out inspection and supervision work within their respective responsibilities. The Quality and Safety Department should provide guidance and supervision throughout the entire process of the activities. The Discipline Inspection Commission should conduct supervision work; Sixth, do a good job in activity assessment. The assessment of this activity will be one of the criteria for the annual safety production management assessment; Seventh, do a good job in information reporting. Discover highlights and innovations during the activities, and do a good job in publicity and summary to enhance the influence of the Safety Production Month activities.

　　Hu Xiong Hua, Minister of the Quality and Safety Department, read out the "Implementation Plan for Nanjing Kaisheng's 2022 "Safety Production Month" and "Ten Thousand Miles Safe Production Journey" Activities", making detailed arrangements and deployments for the "Safety Production Month" activities.

　　In the meeting summary, Wang Dong required that all departments, affiliated enterprises, and project departments of the company should take learning, publicity, and implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on safety production as the main line, and take "Everyone talks about safety, everyone knows how to respond to emergencies" as the theme, continuously carry out a series of activities such as safety production learning and improvement, safety production publicity and popularization, and safety production emergency drills, to improve the company's overall safety awareness and self-rescue ability, and to escort high-quality development with high-level safety.

　　On May 30, the Chuzhou Zhonglian general contracting project department and Chuzhou Zhonglian Cement Co., Ltd. jointly held a launch ceremony for the "Safety Production Month" activities on site. Participants used the method of "signature + color stamping" to "plant" a "safety tree" for the Chuzhou project, which was profound in meaning and lively in form. Relevant leaders, including the deputy director of the Chuzhou Nanjiao District Emergency Management Bureau, and Wang Dong, deputy general manager of the company, were invited to attend the event.
