On June 28, Nanjing Kaisheng held the 2023 Rule of Law Construction and Compliance Management Work Conference. Gao Aiguo, Secretary of the company's Party Committee and General Manager, attended the meeting.

The meeting conveyed the spirit of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission's (SASAC) central enterprises' meeting on deepening the construction of rule of law and strengthening compliance management, calling on the entire company to earnestly carry out various tasks related to rule of law and compliance management, promote the company's legal and compliant operation and management to a new level, and provide strong guarantees for the company's high-quality development.

The meeting comprehensively summarized the achievements and shortcomings of rule of law construction and compliance management in 2022, reported on the work of the "Compliance Management Enhancement Year" and the special governance results of business compliance, deployed key tasks for rule of law construction and compliance management in 2023, and provided a detailed interpretation of the "Sinoma International Compliance Manual".

Gao Aiguo stated that all employees must deeply understand that the construction of rule of law and compliance is an important guarantee for implementing the strategy of comprehensive rule of law in the country, and that it is an inevitable requirement for unswervingly enforcing strict Party discipline and strict enterprise governance. They must adhere to implementing Xi Jinping's thought on rule of law with practical actions and demonstrate the results of themed education through effective work.
Gao Aiguo emphasized the need to correctly understand the new requirements for rule of law construction and compliance management in the new era and to do the following five aspects of work well: First, all departments should improve the company's compliance system in accordance with laws, regulations, and the requirements of superior units, and strengthen the work of compliance system construction. Second, compliance system construction should be integrated into the three-standard system and work processes. Third, strengthen information technology construction and management, improve work processes, and enhance work efficiency. Fourth, all employees should enhance their legal compliance awareness, strengthen the construction of legal compliance culture, and each employee should consciously and effectively learn and abide by the compliance manual. Fifth, the company should strengthen the implementation of systems and daily compliance checks, and the company's Discipline Inspection Commission should fulfill its supervisory role, timely and effectively discover problems, correct problems, and hold accountable those who are inactive or act improperly.
