From June 25th to 28th, 2023, the 2023 Asian Cement Technology Conference (Cemtech Asia 2023), hosted by International Cement Review, a professional media outlet for the international cement industry, was successfully held in Hanoi, Vietnam. China National Materials Group (CNMG) (formerly Nanjing Kaiseng) was invited to attend.
The conference, themed "Excellent Manufacturing, Circular Economy, and the Decarbonization Path of the Asian Cement Industry," focused on the transformation path of the Asian cement industry towards a low-carbon future. Cement industry experts and manufacturers from China, Vietnam, Germany, France, Italy, Indonesia, India, and Thailand shared a series of research cases on innovative low-carbon technologies, jointly exploring new solutions to address the challenges of low-carbon development in the cement industry.
As a comprehensive service provider of overall cement engineering solutions under China National Materials Group, CNMG showcased its main technologies and businesses to international cement enterprise clients in Vietnam and other countries, actively exchanging and sharing experiences with other cement industry representatives at the exhibition.
This conference allowed the company to gain a deep understanding of the importance and urgency of carbon emission reduction in the cement industry, and to see the future development trend of the cement industry: the use of alternative raw materials and alternative fuels. Following this, while focusing on the Vietnamese market, the company will further implement its low-carbon strategy, strengthen low-carbon technology research and development and reserves, enhance international competitiveness, and strive to undertake more foreign projects.
More than 260 cement industry representatives from 23 countries and regions participated in the conference.
