From July 6th to July 7th, the 2023 China Cement Energy Saving and New Energy Development Conference was held in Chongqing. The conference was hosted by China Cement.com, and Sinoma Intelligent Technology (formerly Nanjing KCCM) was invited to attend and deliver a keynote speech.

　　This conference focused on “Energy Saving and Cost Reduction, Green Energy Assistance, Quality Improvement and Efficiency Enhancement”. The conference invited many senior industry experts, university professors, and enterprise leaders to participate, jointly discussing new paths for energy saving and cost reduction in the cement industry under the new situation, and offering advice for the high-quality development of the cement industry. Zhong Gen, Deputy Director of Sinoma Intelligent Technology's Technical Center, as an invited guest, delivered a keynote report at the conference titled “Energy-Saving and Carbon-Reducing Technologies and Applications for Cement Industry Calcination Systems (Taking the Five-to-Six Preheater Transformation as an Example)”. The keynote report elaborated on the research and application of energy-saving and carbon-reducing technical equipment in the cement industry under the dual-carbon background, covering Sinoma Intelligent Technology's development history, the background of energy-saving and carbon-reducing technologies in the cement industry, the company's energy-saving and carbon-reducing technical routes and key core equipment, and typical application cases. The keynote report pointed out that the cement industry is a key industry for energy consumption and carbon emissions. To achieve the 2030 carbon peak target, the cement industry will gradually shift from dual control of energy consumption to dual control of carbon emissions in the future. The cement industry needs to start from key technologies and equipment for energy saving and carbon reduction, assisting the cement industry's energy saving and carbon reduction through improving energy efficiency, applying alternative raw materials, CCUS, and many other technologies. The report combined with the calcination system renovation project of Xuzhou Longshan 5000t/d production line, introducing Sinoma Intelligent Technology's technology and application effects for energy-saving and carbon-reducing technical renovation of existing production line calcination systems.
