To effectively implement the requirements of China Materials International's "100-Day Intensive Effort," on September 18, China Materials Wisdom Technology (formerly Nanjing Kaisheng) held a mobilization and deployment meeting for the "100-Day Intensive Effort," reiterating, remobilizing, and redeploying this year's key tasks to ensure that annual goals and tasks are completed on schedule. Gao Aiguo, Party Secretary and General Manager of the company, and Chen Changbai, Deputy Party Secretary and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Ni Jian, Deputy General Manager, presided over the meeting.

Gao Aiguo reported on the company's production and operation performance from January to August and emphasized and deployed key tasks for the next stage: First, to set annual goals, clarify the "timetable," "task list," and "roadmap," reverse the schedule, and conduct a chart-based battle to ensure that all key tasks are implemented as planned; second, to highlight strategic guidance and continuously promote digital transformation. All departments of the company should earnestly cooperate with the various tasks of Chengdu Wisdom Technology, promote the sharing of elements and resources such as customers, technology, talent, and supply chain among businesses, and promote the deep integration of cement engineering and digital intelligence; third, to strengthen risk control, strengthen risk prevention in key areas such as contract compliance, bidding and procurement, and financial management, resolutely prevent major safety accidents, and firmly guard the bottom line of not having major risks; fourth, to adhere to Party building leadership and, with a highly responsible spirit, carefully plan and organize the second batch of thematic education.

Chen Changbai gave a monthly talk on Party conduct and integrity building. He conveyed the spirit of the collective study meeting of the Standing Committee of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and put forward three requirements: First, to adhere to the combination of strict management and care, combining incentives and constraints, and accurately grasping the inherent unity between strict management and supervision and encouraging responsibility and action; second, to deepen the application of the "four forms," accurately grasp policies and strategies, strengthen daily supervision, and address problems early and prevent minor issues from escalating; third, to strictly implement the "three distinctions," stimulate enthusiasm for work and entrepreneurship, and clearly support and encourage cadres who dare to take responsibility, work diligently, and do not seek personal gain.

At the meeting, attendees signed their names on the signature board, solemnly expressing their commitment to the "100-Day Intensive Effort".
