China National Materials Sci-Tech (formerly Nanjing Kaiseng) receives fulfillment certificate for the construction of Tiepeng's 4000t/d cement clinker production line

Recently, the 4000t/d cement clinker production line project and the Anhui Tiepeng Cement Grinding Technology Improvement project in Ma'anshan Tiepeng, implemented by China National Materials Sci-Tech (formerly Nanjing Kaishi) as a general contractor, have received the fulfillment certificates (FAC) signed by the owner, completing the two-year warranty period, and the project has been successfully completed.
The owner of the Ma'anshan Tiepeng project is Anhui Tiepeng Cement Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Railway Materials Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. The project has advanced design performance indicators and is a domestically advanced, complete set of new dry-process cement production lines. The project started in November 2020 and was ignited on October 31, 2021. It took only 11 months to complete the construction of the entire production line.
During the project construction, China National Materials Sci-Tech has always adhered to the concept of "lean organization", "refined management", and "lean operation". By decomposing drawings and sorting out the workload, the plan was refined to each non-standard component, each duct, and each belt, with personnel tracking in place, effectively improving work efficiency and shortening the project construction cycle. The project has a high operation rate, and reached its production target within one month of commissioning, reducing the owner's production costs and providing strong support for the cement business of China Railway Materials Industry Group, ensuring its market share in the fiercely competitive cement market. The owner highly praised and recognized China National Materials Sci-Tech's high-quality engineering construction and excellent service.
