On the afternoon of February 2, Sinoma Intelligent Technology (formerly Nanjing Kaisen) held its 2024 Annual Work Conference and the Fourth Session of the Third Staff Representative Congress. Liu Renyue, Vice President of Sinoma International and Chairman of Sinoma Intelligent Technology, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Gao Aiguo, Party Secretary and General Manager of Sinoma Intelligent Technology, delivered a work report titled "Courageously Undertake Missions to Open New Chapters, Strive Forward on a New Journey." He stated that over the past year, all cadres and employees of Sinoma Intelligent Technology withstood pressure, worked diligently, and bravely moved forward, successfully completing annual operating targets, achieving growth in operating revenue, with particularly outstanding performance in net operating cash flow, maintaining stable overall operating performance. Regarding the work for 2024, Liu Renyue put forward five suggestions: First, adhere to strategic guidance, firmly grasp the overall development situation, and genuinely unify thoughts and actions with major decisions and deployments from superiors; Second, persist in innovation-driven development, strengthen model innovation and management innovation, continuously improve the digitalization level of management and products, and strive to be a pioneer and model for Sinoma International's digital transformation; Third, strengthen market operations, insist on simultaneous development of domestic and overseas market expansion, accelerate the integration of digital intelligent businesses, and make every effort to enhance product market share and influence; Fourth, improve and perfect the incentive mechanism, emphasizing "performance leads to position," and continuously promote the normalized operation of the "three abilities" mechanism; Fifth, strengthen risk prevention and control and compliance management, continuously promote the control of "two funds," safeguard the bottom lines and red lines of safe production, and effectively ensure the stable development of the enterprise.

In 2023, under the correct leadership of the Group, Shares, and Sinoma International, and guided by the decisions of the company's Party Committee and Board of Directors, all cadres and employees of Sinoma Intelligent Technology united their thinking, conscientiously implemented various decisions and deployments from superiors, worked together, overcame difficulties, and acted with diligence, coordinating efforts to ensure stable growth, improve efficiency, strengthen management, prevent risks, and build the Party, successfully completing various targets and tasks. Over the past year, all major financial indicators were met, market development achieved remarkable results, lean management efficiency continuously improved, technological empowerment was deeply strengthened, "digital intelligence transformation" was pushed forward, risk prevention was comprehensively enhanced, talent structure was continuously optimized, Party building leadership ran throughout, and the results of various works were highly commendable.
