Sinoma Intelligent Technology's Poland Holcim MAL01 project successfully passed the performance assessment.

Following the receipt of the raw material grinding system performance test certificate from the client at the end of May, the POLAND HAUER MAL01 project, general contracted by China National Materials Group (CNMG) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., recently received the kiln system performance test certificate after rigorous testing. This marks the successful completion of the performance test for the project, with the alternative fuel substitution rate of the calcination system remaining stable at over 90%.
This project is a major green and low-carbon project implemented by the Hauer Group in Poland. The project scope includes raw material processing to clinker conveying and includes alternative fuel processing and metering conveying. It is the world's first newly built clinker production line with 90% alternative fuel implemented by CNMG Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., with a design scale of 3700t/d. The entire implementation process uses European standards and meets the technical requirements of the Hauer Group. In December 2023, this project was selected as a "typical case of China-Europe green and low-carbon development cooperation in 2023".
Since the project started in 2021, all members of the project team have worked together to overcome difficulties such as the Russo-Ukrainian War, severe weather, significant increases in the prices of materials and shipping, and tight client funding. After two years, the project construction was successfully completed, and the raw material grinding system and clinker calcination system completed 72-hour continuous performance tests in May and June this year. The test results meet all the requirements specified in the contract.
The successful acquisition of the performance test certificate is not only a strong testament to CNMG Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.'s technical strength and project team execution capabilities, but also a direct reflection of the client's recognition of CNMG Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.'s alternative fuel calcination technology.
