The congress elected the first committee members of the CPC Nanjing Kaisheng International Engineering Co., Ltd. Party Committee and the Discipline Inspection Committee. Sun Jian'an, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of China National Building Materials International Engineering Group Co., Ltd., and Chen Haitao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Nanjing Gulou High-tech Industrial Development Zone, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Tao Ligang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of China National Building Materials International Engineering Group Co., Ltd., also attended the meeting. Feng Jianhua, General Manager of Nanjing Kaisheng, presided over the meeting. Li Jiandong, consultant of Nanjing Kaisheng and former Party Branch Secretary, delivered a work report on behalf of the Party branch. Li Dongfeng, Deputy General Manager of Nanjing Kaisheng, read the "Election Method" and introduced the candidates for the Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Committee members. 141 party members from Nanjing Kaisheng participated in the meeting.

Tao Ligang read a congratulatory letter from Peng Shou, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, president of China National Building Materials Group Co., Ltd., secretary of the Party Committee, and chairman of China National Building Materials International Engineering Group, to the meeting. Chen Haitao pointed out in her speech that Nanjing Kaisheng has always adhered to the work approach of "grasping Party building around the center and promoting development through Party building" in the process of the company's growth, transformation, and development, achieving a good situation where enterprise development and Party building work advance hand in hand. She hopes that after the establishment of the first Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Committee, Nanjing Kaisheng will further innovate the ideas, methods, and content of Party building work, setting a model for Party building work in Gulou District, Nanjing, and even Jiangsu Province; at the same time, establish a leadership system that adapts to the modern enterprise system, use Party building to promote the comprehensive construction and transformation and development of the enterprise, and promote a new leap in the high-quality development of Nanjing Kaisheng.

Sun Jian'an pointed out that this party congress is a major event of milestone significance in the political life and development process of Nanjing Kaisheng, and it is also an important task of the Party Committee of China National Building Materials International Engineering Group this year. On behalf of the Party Committee of China National Building Materials International Engineering Group, he first expressed full affirmation of the achievements made by Nanjing Kaisheng in reform, development, and Party building. At the same time, he put forward six requirements for the next stage of Party building work in Nanjing Kaisheng. First, earnestly understand the importance of Party building work to enterprises and adhere to the two "unswervingly" proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping. Second, take the responsibility of setting direction, managing the overall situation, and ensuring implementation as the key tasks of the Party Committee's work, adhere to the political direction of state-owned enterprises, manage the enterprise's strategic direction, strategic planning, and major decisions, and implement the various guidelines and policies of the Party. Sun Jian'an also put forward four hopes and requirements for the new leadership team of the Nanjing Kaisheng Party Committee: First, raise the political standing; second, enhance the ability to govern enterprises; third, be brave in taking responsibility; and fourth, strengthen integrity and self-discipline.

Feng Jianhua, on behalf of the first Party Committee, made a statement. He stated that the Party Committee members will always keep in mind their responsibilities and obligations, raise their political standing, enhance their ability to govern enterprises, set an example of strong Party spirit and self-discipline, be loyal to the Party, be brave in innovation, govern enterprises effectively, contribute to the development of enterprises, and be honest and clean, leading all Party members and employees to move towards a new journey of high-quality development, and making new and greater contributions to the goal of China National Building Materials International Engineering Group to build an innovative and transformative and internationally competitive comprehensive building materials engineering platform.

At the subsequent Party Committee member meeting, Feng Jianhua was elected as the Party Committee Secretary, and Chen Changbai was elected as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; at the Discipline Inspection Committee member meeting, Chen Changbai was elected as the Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee.

The election congress of the first Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Committee of Nanjing Kaisheng was a complete success.
