On October 22, Tao Ligang, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of China National Building Materials Group International Engineering Co., Ltd., came to Nanjing Kaisheng International Engineering Co., Ltd. to conduct a thematic education survey on "Remembering the Initial Aspiration and Fulfilling the Mission" and delivered a special party lecture. Yang Lihong, director of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office of China National Building Materials Engineering Group, Zhang Jiayi, assistant minister of the Party and Mass Work Department, Li Dongfeng and Gao Aiguo, deputy general managers of Nanjing Kaisheng, and Chen Changbai, deputy secretary of the Party General Branch and minister of the Administration and Personnel Department, accompanied the survey. Some middle and senior cadres and employee representatives of Nanjing Kaisheng participated in the survey symposium, and more than 100 party members and employee representatives in Nanjing participated in the party lesson learning.

　　During the survey, Tao Ligang learned in detail about the work of Nanjing Kaisheng in recent years in deepening reforms, technological innovation, integration and optimization, "three precise" management, and Party building, and conducted discussions and exchanges with enterprise cadres and employees.

　　At the symposium, Chen Changbai made a detailed report on the completion of production and operation this year, the characteristics and highlights of the enterprise's operation, and the progress of Party building work. The members of the Nanjing Kaisheng leadership team and employee representatives attending the symposium discussed their views on issues such as intellectual property protection, incentive mechanism exploration, and talent echelon construction, and put forward opinions and suggestions. Tao Ligang put forward work ideas and specific measures one by one. He pointed out that Nanjing Kaisheng has made important progress and excellent achievements in various aspects such as resource integration and optimization, system and mechanism innovation, operation and management, technological innovation, Party building, and team building in recent years. He put forward three hopes for the future development of Nanjing Kaisheng: First, he hoped that Nanjing Kaisheng would earnestly carry out the key work of thematic education in accordance with the deployment requirements of China National Building Materials Engineering Group, and use thematic education as an opportunity to effectively promote the high-quality development of enterprises; second, he hoped that Nanjing Kaisheng would further increase the intensity of technological innovation and better play the supporting role of technological innovation in the intelligent transformation and upgrading of the cement industry; third, he hoped that Nanjing Kaisheng would take the "three precise management" concept as a guide, strive to improve the enterprise management level, optimize the talent training mechanism, and consolidate the foundation for enterprise development.

　　Based on the survey, Tao Ligang delivered a special party lecture on thematic education to all party members of Nanjing Kaisheng. Combining the development of the enterprise and his own thoughts and work practices, he conducted in-depth explanations from four aspects: learning, understanding, and experience; existing gaps and shortcomings; guiding work ideas; and insights into the initial aspiration and mission. The vast number of party members and cadres unanimously agreed that this special party lecture was rich in connotation, profound in thought, and clear in theme. It fully interpreted the core meaning and theoretical essence of Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and provided systematic and targeted guidance for the high-quality development of enterprises and Party building, inspiring people and boosting morale. Everyone said that they would take thematic education as an opportunity to further strengthen their confidence and determination to uphold the initial aspiration and fulfill the mission, and make new and greater contributions to building China National Building Materials Group into a competitive comprehensive building materials and new materials industry investment group.
