Guangxi Jinli Cement Co., Ltd. is located on Yujiang North Shore, Zhoutang, Hengzhou, Nanning City, with the largest boat loading dock of Southern Cement Group in the plant. Currently the cement dock is running well, and the four-link unloading gantry machine has become the Company marker of Jinli Cement Co., Ltd.
The project is to build two 5000t/d production lines. Its scope is wide which includes construction of limestone and clay quarry, limestone crusher and long belt conveyor systems, plant construction of two 5000t/d cement production lines, dock (coal unloading conveyor, clinker and cement loading), pure low temperature waste heat generation system, a separate living area, water extraction and treatment system etc. In this project, the general layout and equipment, process and building structure design have been optimized, with elaborate green design, which not only effectively prevents the pollution of the surrounding environment and beautifies the environment, building a modern factory.
The project adopts widely energy efficient equipment, the burning system adopts Nanjing Kisen self-developed five-stage preheater, calciner, kiln and cooler and other equipment and technology, which have features of low energy consumption, high output, and the operation indicators have reached national advanced level. In addition, the prevention and treatment of noise and dust control are in strict accordance with the design and implementation regulatory requirements, and the actual effect is perfect.
The project was built by Nanjing Kisen with EPC contract, it commenced in March 2010, Line B entered commissioning phase in late February 2012, Line B passed performance test in mid-March 2012, Line A entered commissioning phase in early May 2012, Line A passed performance test in late May 2012; the cement mill system passed performance test in June 2012, till then, the whole project passed all performance guarantee tests in only one time.
Currently the project is running stably with two production lines, the indicators are among the best in Southern Cement internal management meeting China Building Materials Group Corporation, especially the production cost is low and creates good economic and social benefits.
According to the production statistics from June 2012 to May 2013, the two lines produced totally 4,039,500 tons of clinker 12 months, with an average clinker production capacity of 6123t/d, average annual run rate of 90.27%, clinker three days strength average 32MPa, average 28-day clinker strength of 65MP, burning system standard coal consumption of 104kg/t-cl, clinker unit power consumption of 59.7kW•h/t-cl, cement grinding system production capacity of about 210t/h for PO42.5, production capacity of about 250t/h for PC32.5, cement mill power consumption not exceed 30kW•h/t. In Southern Cement management meeting, these production line indicators are among the best in quality and consumption, and the products are very popular.
