The preheater renovation project of Huaxin Cement (Deqing) Co., Ltd. has been completed and accepted.

On May 11, 2018, the 2000t/d clinker production line preheater technical modification project of Huaxin Cement (Diqing) Co., Ltd., designed by Nanjing Kaisheng, achieved continuous and stable operation. The C1 outlet negative pressure index far exceeded the contractually agreed value, and the output also exceeded the owner's expectations. The project successfully obtained the project completion acceptance certificate issued by the owner.
Before the preheater modification of the 2000t/d clinker production line of Huaxin Cement (Diqing) Co., Ltd., the maximum output was only about 2200t/d, and the C1 outlet negative pressure was high, reaching about -7400Pa, making it difficult to further increase production. The owner hoped to carry out partial modification of the kiln tail preheater to achieve increased production and reduced consumption.
From April 15 to May 5, 2018, after 20 days of modification, under the careful organization of the owner, Nanjing Kaisheng Technology Center completed the modification of the preheater C1~C5 cyclones, some connecting pipes, and some downpipes. Through this modification, the C1 outlet negative pressure has dropped significantly. Currently, the output is stable at around 2700t/d, exceeding the owner's expectations and successfully passing the assessment and acceptance. Nanjing Kaisheng's design of the kiln tail preheater system has once again been highly recognized by the owner. This project adds another brilliant achievement to the company's calcination system technical modification business.
