CUCC Xuzhou Cement Co., Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary belongs to CUCC Corporation which was founded on June 1st 2006. CNBM and CUCC purchased it from Xuzhou Conch Cement Co., Ltd. After the enterprise handing over and smooth transition, according to develop plan of CNBM and CUCC group, CUCC Xuzhou schemed to build a second clinker production line of 10000t/d capacity with CNBM proprietary intellectual property rights inside the existing plant area, and entrusted Nanjing Kisen International Engineering Co., Ltd. to undertake core technology of clinker burning system research and whole construction design. After large quantity of preliminary work, this project gained “Authorized reply on CUCC Xuzhou Cement Co., Ltd. second line 10000t/d cement clinker production line and supporting low temperature waste heat regeneration integration engineering project” issued by Jiangsu Economic and Trade Commission on Jan 12th 2009.

Jidong Haitian Wenxi Cement Co., Ltd. is a joint venture joint-stock company by Jidong Cement Co., Ltd., Shanxi Haixin Xinguang Cement Co., Ltd. The two joint venture companies signed a cooperation agreement in the end of September 2007, and the project company was registered in January 2008. According to the development plan of Jidong Cement Co., Ltd., it actively planned for the use a large number of industrial waste of Shanxi Haixin Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., with overall planning, step by step, the initial preparations for the construction of a 5000t/d clinker line, and commissioned Nanjing Kisen international Engineering Co., Ltd. as the design company for the project. After a lot of preliminary work, the project achieved “the approval of Jidong Haitian Wenxi Cement Co., Ltd. 4500t/D Clinker Cement Production Line and Resources Comprehensive Utilization Project ” with official code Jinjingtouzizi [2008] No.5 by Shanxi Province Economic Commission on January 10, 2008.

Heilongjiang Haolianghe Cement Co., Ltd., formerly known as Yichun Haolianghe Cement Plant, now has been acquired by North Cement Company Limited; it locates at 2km southwest of Haolianghe town, Nancha district, Yichun city, Heilongjiang province. The plant has two existing cement production lines, one is 2000t/d clinker production line and the other is 5000t/d clinker production line; and equipped with 300,000t and 600,000t slag powder production lines separately. The 2000t/d clinker production line was established and put into production in Jun, 1995 and passed national acceptance formally and put into normal production in Sep, 1997. The 5000t/d clinker production line and slag powder production line was designed by our company, and formally put into production in Oct, 2010.

Sichuan Deyang Lisen Building Materials Group Co., Ltd. is located in Luoshui, Shifang, Sichuan, only about 70 kilometers away from Chengdu, covering nearly 400 acres, is private joint-stock cement production enterprise owned by Hong Kong Liwan Group with a total investment of more than 9.9 million yuan, mainly producing ordinary portland cement, composite cement and special cement. The first line investment is 320 million yuan, capacity is 3200t/d clinker production line, which was put to production in July 2007. The second line investment is 670 million yuan, capacity is 4500t/d clinker production line, it was put to use in March 2010, ultimately its annual capacity is 3.5 million tons.

Jiangsu Jinfeng Cement Group Co., Ltd. is located in the northwest of Shezhu town, Liyang city, Jiangsu province. It was founded in 1980, formerly known as Liyang City Jinshan Cement Plant, changed its name to Liyang Jinfeng Cement Co., Ltd. in Jan, 2000, and established Jiangsu Jinfeng Cement Group in Oct, 2004. After expansion over the years through constant technological transformation, the group has developed from a small cement plant with annual output less than 100,000t into a large enterprise with nine (one production line with capacity 2500t/d, eight production lines with capacity 5000t/d) dry process rotary kiln cement production lines, and annual production capacity can reach 25 million tons, now it is the largest cement manufacturer in Jiangsu province.
